1:1 Mentorship for Founders and Leaders
The Beacon is where FAROS started: direct, personal, and unfiltered mentorship with people who are serious about the work. Not casual advice. Not recycled frameworks. Just honest, battle-tested support from someone who’s been in it.
This is high-commitment, high-trust mentorship, strictly limited to 10 paid mentees and 2–3 pro bono spots at any given time. Engagements last up to 12 months—because if we haven’t moved the needle by then, something’s off.
If we work together, it’s because I believe in what you’re building and who you’re becoming. And I’ll treat it that way.

Direct chat/voice access via WhatsApp or Circle
Strategy and leadership support, contextual and custom
